2) Place your left hand on your solar plexus and your right hand on your heart. Feel the energy theore, buzzing, alive.

3) Speak your truth aloud: “I am open to growth. I welcome my expansion. And I honor what is rising within me”

4) Write down what is blossoming. Not just goals, but revelations. What you now clearly see about yourself, your path, or your heart.

5) You may also use the moon to charge objects like crystals, candles, or water. Let it absorb your intention and the Moon’s radiance.

This is the moment the veil lifts. Let yourself meet your own power without shrinking.
