Where Earth and Spirit Meet in Sacred Rhythm

I created Rooted By The Moon as both an apothecary and a sanctuary. A place where healing, intuition, and creation intertwine. My path has always followed the rhythm of the natural world: the soft turning of the seasons, the breath of the wind through the herbs, the luminous pull of the Moon as she moves through her phases.

Through this rhythm, I learned that true healing is cyclical. It is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what is whole.

Our Work

Every offering we share, whether it is a hand blended tea, energetic healing, or a ritual tool is created with devotion and intention.

Reiki allows me to channel universal life force energy to restore flow and harmony. Tarot opens the language of the unseen, offering guidance from the deeper self. As a Death Doula, I was beside those navigating endings, holding sacred space for transition, release, and rebirth. Through herbal and metaphysical creations, we translate the voice of the plants. Crafting medicines of the Earth for both body and spirit.

Each element of Rooted By The Moon serves one purpose: To bring you home to yourself.

Our Philosophy

We believe that everything, our emotions, our bodies, our seasons, follow a sacred cycle of transformation. The Moon reminds us of this every night ~ There is wisdom in darkness, there is purpose in rest, and there is beauty in change.

When we live in harmony with these rhythms, we return to a state of deep connection. To nature, to Source, to one another. Through Rooted By The Moon, we hold space for that rememberance
